Career and Technical Application Processing System (CTEAPS) is a "paperless" web-based system for the submission and review of Career and Technical Education (CTE) applications for curriculum development committees from CTE educators in Virginia public schools. To use CTEAPS, all applicants and references must have a teaching license on file with the Virginia Department of Education.
